When booking online, patients create an AnywhereDolphin account, filling out a brief new patient form. These credentials work for both the website and the MyOrthodontist app. Choose your appointment day; if no options appear, select ‘Please contact me.’ After scheduling, you’ll get a welcome email with consultation details and a health questionnaire.
